Rebekah talking about her experience going to the CF clinic at Westmead Children's Hospital
If you’re a teenager with cystic fibrosis (CF), you’ve probably spent a lot of time in clinics, so you know the drill by now.
But as you get closer to adulthood, you will be given more responsibility at your clinic visits and for your health in general.
You should be on top of your medication, and know what you’re taking and when you need to take it. Remember that you are the best advocate for your health, so make the most of your clinic visits.
Ask all the questions you need to, make sure you tell your CF health team about any changes in your health, and pay attention to any changes your team might suggest.
Watch Rebekah Davison describe a typical day at clinic for her.
